Come visit us and Get Charmed! Book here! We will custom fit a chain of your choice to your wrist, ankle or neck and weld it together for you. Price includes the welding service and the chain. Add an additional chain and get $10 off the second! Or add a charm to your chain for the cost of the charm plus a $10 welding fee.
If you prefer a clasped option, we will weld a clasp onto your chosen chain at the selected length or custom fit your length at a welding appointment.

Our welders are also our professional production assistants, they make and ship our rings and other jewelry pieces! We use two welding machines, either the large one, which is an Orion 150s Pulse Arc Welder or the little bebe welder, which is an Orion mPulse Arc Welder.
If you don’t see an appointment time to book, we are fully booked for that date. During the summer, you can do walk in welds at our booth at either the Downtown Salt Lake City Farmer’s Market in Pioneer Park (our booth is near the corner of 400 S and 400 W) on Saturdays from 8am to 2pm or at Park Silly in Park City on Sundays from 10am to 5pm (our booth moves around each Sunday and we may not be at every Sunday market, please message us or follow @mineralandmatter on IG to check!)

Your items will go through an exhaustive examination before they will be safely packaged prior to being sent out. We ship to thousands of customers daily across various countries. Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipment Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us since we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The stock can change at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same state as the day you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging.
